Great Wall Archive is a content site. We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect personal information directly. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate, anonymous usage (which pages are read, broad device and country), never to identify individuals.

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to measure aggregate traffic. It may set cookies and process usage data per Google’s policies. No personally identifying information is collected by us. You can block analytics with your browser settings or an extension.

We do not currently serve advertising. If display ads are enabled in future they will appear only on article pages (never on the home page or the interactive map), supplied by Google AdSense, which may use cookies to serve relevant ads. At that time we will present a consent choice to visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland as required, and update this policy.
